Arriving at CDG and finding your chauffeur
Charles de Gaulle airport has three terminals. Terminal 1 — circular building, Star Alliance and non-Schengen flights. Terminal 2 — split into halls 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G by airline; most long-haul business flights arrive at 2E or 2F. Terminal 3 — low-cost carriers. Your chauffeur stands in the arrivals hall matching your flight, name board visible from the moment you exit passport control.
Flight tracking is integrated: if your flight is delayed, the chauffeur adjusts arrival time at the terminal at no extra charge. For connecting flights, specify the final arrival terminal at booking. Travel time to central Paris is 30 to 55 minutes depending on traffic and your Paris destination.
What you get
A punctual chauffeur with a name board in the arrivals hall, luggage assistance and immediate departure without waiting. The vehicle is parked in dedicated VTC pick-up zones, separate from the taxi queues.
For very early morning or late-night arrivals, availability is identical. For groups or large luggage, a business van is available on request at booking.
